The Importance of ACH Payments
In recent weeks we have seen an increase in fraudulent commission check activity. We would like to offer a reminder that we offer the ease and convenience of ACH Payments. When you register for direct deposit commission payments your funds are deposited immediately and are less likely to be lost or stolen. In addition, we offer detailed remittance information listing all invoices that have been paid.

Updated Cyber Suite Coverage
Effective July 1, 2024, in many states, we have updated the coverages offered in our Cyber Security Suite.
Cyber criminals are always finding new ways to scam and hack into systems. To combat that, we have expanded our coverages to protect additional parts of your client’s business.
After seeing an increase in misdirected payment fraud claims, we added coverage to respond to a situation where the insured or the insured’s bank has been deceived into sending money to a fraudulent destination and once triggered, the coverage provides reimbursement for the amount fraudulently obtained from the insured up to the limit. Unfortunately, claims activity has not been limited to misdirected payments alone. In some situations, our insureds have provided building materials based on fraudulent direction from what appears to be customers. To help address these situations, we broadened the coverage to include tangible property.
Some additional enhancements include enhanced telecommunications fraud coverage, identity recovery, and coverage for computer hardware replacement, keeping your clients’ digital assets safer than ever before.
Your clients will also have access to an enhanced cyber safety suite that includes tools and processes designed to help prevent cyber-attacks before they occur. Key features of this suite include website monitoring, security training, and customized security policies.
