Spotlight On: Improvements to Our Invoices
One of the most common complaints we have received from our customers have been about our invoices. We have listened to the feedback and have made some changes that our insureds will begin to see in their upcoming invoices. We have updated the invoice formatting to make the information more easily digestible as well as a few additions outlined below. These updates were requested by our customers, and we are always looking for additional feedback to help improve their PLM experience.
- We have added easily accessible contact information for their broker
- Payment Methods are now broken out by type and explained
- Their monthly payments are now outlined in a schedule format with due dates and amounts clearly laid out
