PLM Named Luminary in Workplace Culture and Risk Management by PropertyCasualty360
PLM is proud to share that we have been named an honoree in PropertyCasualty360’s 2024 Luminaries Awards in two categories – the innovation in workplace culture and risk management innovation.
The Luminaries award honors insurance industry innovators dedicated to modernizing and humanizing the business of insurance while promoting new perspectives and practices to support the industry.
PLM was recognized in the risk management category for our Anytime Risk Management (ARM) program. ARM has enhanced the customer experience for PLM insureds by empowering policyholders to do their own risk assessments armed with professional checklists. ARM allows insureds to take risk mitigation into their own hands by conducting their own facility walkthroughs. Through the click of a link, insureds gain access to a survey generated by PLM’s loss control team with questions insurance carriers consider when reviewing insurance coverage, so they can take risk assessment into their own hands.
Additionally, PLM was named a workplace culture innovator for our various initiatives dedicated to supporting the personal and professional growth of our team members. This includes cross-functional training, continuing education incentives, industry association leadership opportunities and trade show attendance opportunities for all employees, from interns to company leadership.
