Over the past several years, Green Tree Risk Partners has continued to grow its book of workers’ compensation business through placement with several A-rated national carriers. In addition, we are excited to share some new benefits and products we are adding for our workers’ comp clients.
Green Tree Lumber Group Dividend Plan
This past June, Green Tree Risk Partners launched an exclusive Work Comp Group Dividend Plan in partnership with AmTrust. Now, through our exclusive program, all policies with a premium of over $500 are eligible for the dividend plan. We currently have over $1 million of written premium booked and we expect to hit over $2 million within the first 12 months of the plan’s inception. The Group Dividend Plan will pay a maximum group dividend of 20% based upon the group’s experience and will be distributed based on each insureds net earned premium as a percentage of the total book. With that being said, there is no better time to move your coverage. AmTrust is one of the largest writers of workers’ compensation insurance nationally across multiple industries, including the wood niche, through Green Tree Risk Partners.

Payroll Service through ADP
Additionally, we have been working alongside ADP on a payroll service solution for our insureds.
This service offers two distinctive advantages:
- In situations where our competition is a PEO work comp product and a client company would need to find a payroll service provider to replace the incumbent provider, ADP can fill that role and allow the insured to receive the same specialized services.
- We will be able to provide a payroll service to some of the smaller accounts that struggle with complex reporting requirements, payroll, taxes, withholdings etc. We will also be able to facilitate a relationship between ADP and smaller agencies by providing them with the capabilities of the big shops, therefore allowing for a more competitive playing field.
