Throughout the years our customers and brokers have provided valuable feedback that we have taken into consideration to start the process of revamping and improving our premium payment invoices.
Some of the improvements include:
- Clearer layout of billing activity on the account and policy level
- Payment schedule listed on all invoices with due dates of each installment
- Listing all options to make payment
- Options to save on service fees
With just some of the listed improvements, we will provide simplicity and clarity to aid in answering premium payment questions.
