We have listened to the feedback we have received from our customers and have made some changes that you will begin to see in your upcoming invoices. We have updated the invoice formatting to make the information more easily digestible as well as a few additions outlined below. These updates were requested by you, our customers, and we are always looking for additional feedback to help improve your PLM experience.
- We have added easily accessible contact information for your broker
- Payment Methods are now broken out by type and explained
- Your monthly payments are now outlined in a schedule format with due dates and amounts clearly laid out
