Payment Options that Work with Every Budget Plan
We offer three methods of Payment Options:
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Payments
EFT Payments are the automatic transfer of premiums directly from the insured’s bank to ours. All we need is a signed authorization form, and monthly premiums will be automatically deducted from the insured’s bank account, and with no down payment and no service fees.
EFT is a common way to meet today’s financial obligations. Millions of people use EFT to deposit their paychecks and to make mortgage and car payments. With signed authorization, customers give PLM permission to transfer monthly premium payments directly from their bank to ours. Your monthly premium payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account for a convenient and worry-free payment option to ensure your premium payment is always on time.
With EFT:
- There are NO service fees*.
- There is NO down payment.
- You have NO checks to write.
- Payment is automatic and worry-free!
- You pay in 9 equal monthly installments.

To sign up today and enjoy these benefits, please fill out the Authorization Agreement and return via email to custserv@plmins.com. When the plan is activated, you will be notified of the exact amount to be transferred. Your first deduction will occur on your policy effective date and will continue on the same day of the month. EFT must be selected at the time of policy inception and cannot be changed at any time during the policy period.
NOTE: If the policy effective date falls on the 29th, 30th or 31st of any month, your first deduction will be made on the 1st of the following month and will continue on the 1st of every month. Any endorsement premiums incurred during the policy period will be dispersed amongst the remaining payments.
*By choosing EFT, there are no service fees per installment for a potential savings of up to $90 a year.
ePayments
ePayments are quick and easy premium payments made online through the PLM ePayments page. Customers have the option of making a one-time payment or setting up recurring monthly payments using a valid bank account. Credit Card payments are not accepted through our ePayments system, or over the phone.
With ePAYMENTS, you Have the Option to:
- Make a one-time payment
- Enroll in automatic monthly payments for hassle-free bill pay
- Enroll to receive monthly notices of billing statements that can be paid online without the commitment of automatic debits from your bank account

- Traditional service fees attached to billing statements are waived
- Premium payments are fast and easy
- Have control and flexibility over every payment made
- Go paperless and receive online statements
Make a One-Time Payment Using PAY NOW:
- Enter your PLM account number and your 5-digit billing zip code in the appropriate spot

Set Up Automatic Payments or Receive Monthly Billing Statements Using ENROLL:
- Enter your PLM account number and your 5-digit billing zip code in the appropriate spot

Pay by Check
Our customers can mail checks to our secure PLM lockbox to pay their premium. There is a $9.00 service fee associated with all Pay by Check payment plan options, except for the Prepaid Annual plan.

- Hassle-free for the rest of the year!
Semi-Annually
- Pay 50% now and 50% in 6 months
- Service fee on second installment
Quarterly
- 40% down payment
- Balance is paid in 3 equal installments, in 3 month intervals – service fees apply
Monthly 7-Pay
- 25% down payment
- Balance is paid in 7 equal monthly installments
- Service fees apply per installment
