New Dividend Plan for Workers’ Compensation

We are pleased to announce a new Work Comp Group Dividend Program through Green Tree Risk Partners and AmTrust.

Over the past several years, Green Tree has been growing its book of workers’ compensation through placement with several A-rated national carriers. Through our partnership with AmTrust, we have created a specially designed group dividend program exclusively for Green Tree work comp accounts.

Green Tree Lumber Group Dividend Plan

The program will be effective on June 1, 2024. Some of the exclusive features of the dividend program include:

• The program allows for a potential maximum dividend payout of 20%.
• The plan is available nationally to all niche business entities.
• Dividends will be paid based on the group’s experience, not an individual.
• Dividends will be paid annually.
• Dividends paid to each insured will be based on their net premium as a percentage of the book premium.
• Dividend calculation will be based upon data available 18 months after the program expires and a final audit has been performed.
• An insured is not eligible to receive a dividend unless all premiums have been paid in full.
• Dividends are not guaranteed and are payable only at the discretion and declared by AmTrust’s Board of Directors.
