PLM is pleased to share that Matthew Kienholz has been named Assistant Vice President of Regulatory and Government Affairs. The PLM Board of Directors appointed Matt, who was formerly Director, to the new role effective immediately.
Matt joined PLM in 2015 as a member of our accounting team. He transitioned from accounting in 2021 to assume a leadership role responsible for revamping PLM’s regulatory efforts and government affairs initiatives. Tremendously successful in this role, which was new territory for him at the time, Matt continued to take on additional responsibilities. Most recently, he led the product development and launch of Hardware Express, our small hardware store program and took an active role in our annual A.M. Best presentation, as well as within our reinsurance committee. He is also involved in our Trade Show Program and serves as a key member of our Ward Committee and United Way Committee.
A strong proponent of the betterment of our industry, Matt is a member of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies State Affairs Committee. Recently, he was recognized by the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA).
Matt earned his CPCU designation in 2022 and just completed an Associate in Premium Audit Designation. He holds a degree in Accounting from Rowan University.
PLM celebrates in Matt’s many accomplishments and in his dedication to professional growth, the industry, the community and our company. Please join us in congratulating Matt on this hard-earned promotion.
