2021 has already featured several major personnel announcements for the PLM family, and now we’d like to share news of the promotion of one of our longtime employees. Harold L. Jamison, JD, CPCU, a member of the PLM team since 2001, was recently promoted to senior vice president of government and regulatory affairs and human resources.
Jamison started at PLM as a state filings coordinator 20 years ago and has also served as a regulatory manager, assistant vice president and corporate secretary. Jamison has demonstrated such strong results and dedication that in 2015 he was also tasked with human resources responsibilities and more recently, has been handling contract review issues and strategic leadership.
Over the span of his career at PLM, his leadership, proactive management skills and creative approach to problem solving have always put Jamison at the front of the pack. His knack for relationship building has led to growth at PLM both inside our walls and outside.
Jamison previously worked at Reliance and Zurich in roles primarily centered around regulatory and claims work. He graduated from the College of Insurance, New York, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in property and casualty insurance and also received a law degree from Rutgers University. Jamison is also a member of the board of directors of the Fireman’s Hall Museum.
